Hailing from Niagara, Canada's wine country, JR (Jeff) Hardy is a musician who caters to discerning listeners with a taste for Motown, Funk, and 70s Blues. As a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer, JR's versatile vocal style spans soulful blues to modern R&B. His music encompasses a wide range of themes, from love to global issues, and is characterized by a modern sound and groove-based, pocketed rhythms. With a rich background in the music industry and active involvement in Toronto's music scene since the early 90s, JR has amassed international touring and studio experience, having performed in countless shows as a skilled artist. Influenced by iconic musicians such as Stevie Wonder, Nile Rogers, Prince, Jamiroquai, Beck, and Bruno Mars, JR's music reflects his inherent rhythm and soul. When not writing and recording, he regularly performs in the Niagara Region, Toronto, and Western New York areas. Beyond his musical pursuits, JR has built an entrepreneurial family lifestyle, successfully balancing his creative marketing and consulting firm, which has garnered awards and accreditation, supporting global and corporate clients for over two decades.
